Availability can change quickly, and purchasing a deposit without prior confirmation does not guarantee your requested date.

Our private workshops are a fun, creative way to get together, and everyone gets to take home a project they created themselves!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once your date has been confirmed and your deposit has been paid, we will create a private registration link for your event.

Each guest can browse our project collections, choose their own project, and register for your private party.

This allows everyone to create something they will enjoy!

PRIVATE PARTY DEPOSIT

A deposit is required to reserve your confirmed date.

Private Parties: When guests register and pay individually, your deposit will be refunded on the day of your event, provided a minimum of 8 paid participants has been met.

Corporate & Company Events: If your company is covering the cost of your guests' projects, we can provide a private registration link and coupon code. Your deposit will be applied toward your final invoice.

WORKSHOP TIMES

Private Parties & Corporate Events: Approximately 2½ hours.

Kids' Birthday Parties: 2-hour time limit, including time to complete projects and enjoy cake or snacks.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Your private workshop includes:

  • Exclusive use of our studio during your reserved workshop time.

  • All supplies and materials needed to complete your selected projects.

  • Step-by-step instruction from our workshop staff.

  • Setup and cleanup of all crafting materials.

  • The opportunity to bring your own food, snacks, and beverages.

Our studio is BYOB for guests ages 21 and older.

READY TO BOOK?

STEP 1: Email hammerandstain.tv@gmail.com to check availability for your preferred date and time.

STEP 2: Once your date is confirmed, return to this page and purchase your private party deposit within 24 hours.

STEP 3: We will work with you to set up your private party registration link and project selections.

REMINDER: Please do not purchase a deposit unless you have confirmed your date with us within the past 24 hours.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 72 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
